After Picture Day, our work continues. We review your child’s photos, prepare a private gallery, and send you a link when it’s ready—usually within about 7 business days.

Once they’re ready, we’ll send you both an email and a text message with a link to your child’s private online gallery. You can open it from your phone, tablet, or computer.

Digital images
Purchased digital images are normally available the same day you order them.
Printed products
Printed products are produced after your order is placed and typically take a few business days to print and ship.
Free school delivery, when offered
If your school or daycare participates in our free school-delivery option, there will be a limited ordering period when eligible orders can receive free shipping to the organization.

We organize and bring the orders.
Sent home
The school or daycare distributes them.
During that period, we collect the participating orders, print them together, organize them, and deliver them to the school or daycare. The organization then distributes the orders to the students.
If you order outside that free-delivery period, you can still place an order and have it shipped directly to your home.

A few days before your photos are published, we’ll remind you about Early Bird Gallery Credit. You can also choose it now.
The extra credit can go toward the photos, prints, digital images, packages, and eligible photo products you choose after seeing your gallery.
When eligible, Early Bird credit can also provide additional value alongside gallery promotions, coupons, and free-shipping opportunities.
About previews
Why do the preview photos have watermarks?
When your gallery opens, the preview images will have watermarks across them.
We know the watermark can make previewing the photos a little less ideal, but it helps protect the images from screenshots and unauthorized use before they are purchased. As a small photography business, protecting our work allows us to continue providing professional photography and private online galleries to more families.
All watermarks are removed from purchased images.
Remember your favorites
Your gallery will not stay online forever.
Your gallery will normally remain available for about 30 days. During that time, you can return to the gallery, review your photos, and place additional orders.

Pay attention to the expiration reminders we send by email and text
Once the gallery is archived, the photos will no longer be accessible through the gallery, and there may not be a way to access or purchase them later.
We’ll send reminders before that happens so you have plenty of notice.
