Who can submit a referral?

Anyone! Parents, coaches, teachers, community members — if you know an organization that could use SA Picture Day, you can refer them.

When do I get my reward?

Your reward is sent within 5 business days after the referred organization completes their first picture day with SA Picture Day.

Is there a limit to how many referrals I can submit?

No limit. Refer as many organizations as you want. Each successful referral earns a separate reward.

What if the organization I'm referring already works with SA Picture Day?

Referral rewards apply to first-time SA Picture Day clients. If they're already a partner, the referral won't qualify for a reward.

How is the organization size determined?

We go by total enrolled students or members at the time of picture day. If you're unsure, give us your best estimate — we'll confirm on our end.

What form does the reward take?

Rewards are Amazon gift cards sent via email. The $500 VIP tier also includes a free 2-hour photobooth at your next event.

Does the organization have to mention my name?

Yes — please make sure your contact knows to mention your name when they reach out or sign up, so we can track the referral back to you.

What if my referral doesn't respond to SA Picture Day?

We'll make our best effort to connect with them. If they choose not to book, unfortunately no reward is issued — but there's no harm in trying!

Can I refer a business for a media day or headshot event?

Absolutely! If the organization is booking a media day, staff headshots, or corporate event, that qualifies too. Reach out first at hello@sapicture.day to confirm the reward tier.
