We can come to your office, welcome you to our studios, or meet outdoors or at another location. We serve San Antonio, Austin, Dallas and Houston. Tell us the setting you have in mind so we can discuss the background and session arrangements.

Can you photograph teams of 10 to 2,000 people?

Yes. We offer headshot photography for teams of 10 through company-wide projects of up to 2,000 people. Tell us your team size, location, and preferred dates so we can put together the right project quote and session arrangements.

Can you provide styling and professional makeup?

Yes. Styling and professional makeup can be arranged for individual or team headshots. Ask when booking so we can confirm the support you need and include the arrangements in your quote.

Can you replace the background in our headshots?

Yes. Background replacement is available so your portraits can use a coordinated background or a look that fits your brand. We’ll discuss the options and confirm any additional editing in your quote.

How much do professional headshots cost?

Individual headshots start at $125 for a 15–20 minute session with 1–2 retouched images. The Standard session is $225 with 3–5 images, and Personal Branding is $395 with 10–15 images. Corporate on-site headshots are $95 per person, with a five-person minimum.

What if I’m uncomfortable in front of the camera?

You don’t need to arrive knowing how to pose. We guide your posture, expression, and angles throughout the session. The aim is a photograph that looks natural and feels like you.

What should I wear for my headshots?

Bring clothes that fit comfortably and reflect how you want to be seen at work. Solid colors and simple layers keep the attention on your face. For sessions with multiple looks, bring a jacket or another top so we can create some variety.

Can you come to our office for team headshots?

Yes. For teams of five or more, we bring a portable studio setup to your office in San Antonio, Austin, Dallas or Houston. Each person receives a 10–15 minute session and 1–2 retouched images, with consistent lighting and a coordinated backdrop.

Are retouching and professional usage rights included?

Yes. The retouched images listed in your package are included, along with usage rights for professional profiles, your website, and marketing. Personal Branding includes full commercial usage rights.

When will I receive my photos?

Quick Headshot images are delivered within one week. If you have a deadline, ask about rush 48-hour delivery for an additional $75. We’ll confirm the delivery schedule for your chosen session before booking.
